Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. About CalloutPay

CalloutPay is a software-as-a-service application operated by LI Ltd (England and Wales). It allows users to generate on-call compensation reports using data from PagerDuty. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organisation. You may not share account access or use the service for more than one organisation per subscription.

3. Subscription and payment

  • CalloutPay is available on a monthly plan (£6.99/month) or an annual plan (£59.99/year), billed in advance.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges at the chosen interval until you cancel.
  • You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued unless required by law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use CalloutPay in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service
  • Use the service to process data you are not authorised to access
  • Resell or sublicense access to CalloutPay

5. PagerDuty API tokens

You are solely responsible for the PagerDuty API token you provide. You must ensure the token has only the permissions necessary to retrieve the data you need. We use your token only to fulfil the report request and do not store it.

6. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using CalloutPay you agree to that policy.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep CalloutPay available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. The service is provided "as is" and we may modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Accuracy of reports

CalloutPay calculates pay based on the settings you enter and the data returned from PagerDuty. You are responsible for verifying that the pay rates, schedules, and holiday rules you configure are correct. We are not liable for errors that result from incorrect configuration or incomplete PagerDuty data.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LI Ltd's liability for any claim arising from use of CalloutPay is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of earnings or data.

10. Intellectual property

All rights in the CalloutPay software, branding, and documentation remain with LI Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the service — only a limited, non-exclusive right to use it during your subscription.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of CalloutPay after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
